These terms apply to UK consumer purchases from The Eleventh Lab at theeleventhlab.com. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to The Eleventh Lab. For questions about a product, order or these terms, email info@theeleventhlab.com. The store operates from Spain and is hosted on Shopify.

Our products

Our UK beauty range includes Magnetic Lash Kits, two-kit and three-kit sets, a USB Heated Eyelash Curler and a Brow Stamp Kit. Each magnetic lash kit contains the selected lash style, a white applicator and a clear round storage case. Styles are L01, L02, L03, M03, M05 and M07.

The magnetic lash pieces attach to each other without lash glue or magnetic eyeliner. Style photographs show the chosen lash shape; application demonstrations do not identify a particular style unless expressly labelled. Screens and individual fit can affect appearance, but this does not limit your right to goods that match their description.

Follow the product instructions for use, care and storage. Product descriptions do not promise a particular number of wears, application time or medical benefit unless expressly stated and supported.

Orders and payment

Review your selected styles, quantities, delivery address and total before paying. Your order confirmation records the items and prices ordered. If an item is unavailable or an error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and any proposed correction or refund. We will not substitute a product or charge you more without your agreement.

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Any separate terms for a payment or finance service apply when you choose that service; they do not replace your rights against us as the seller.

Prices and delivery charges

UK prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP), including applicable taxes charged by the store. Current lash set prices are £24.95 for one kit, £29.95 for two kits and £39.95 for three kits. The price and any promotion shown at checkout apply to your order. Later price changes do not change an order already placed.

Standard UK delivery is free. Faster delivery is £3.99 per order. Delivery estimates, dispatch information and help with missing parcels are explained in our Shipping policy. Orders are prepared in China.

Delivery responsibility

We are responsible for the goods until you, or someone you nominate to receive them, takes physical possession. An estimated delivery time does not remove your rights if goods are late, lost, damaged or not delivered.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

You normally have 14 days after the day of receipt to tell us you wish to cancel an online purchase, followed by 14 days to return it. The conditions, refund timing and any applicable hygiene exception are explained in our Returns and refunds policy.

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your statutory remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods are separate from the change-of-mind period. Nothing in these terms or our other policies restricts those rights.

Using the website

Please provide accurate order details and use the website lawfully. Do not introduce malicious software, interfere with the shop's security or misuse another person's information. Website content, photographs and videos belong to us or are used with permission; commercial reuse requires the relevant rights holder's permission.

Your information and Shopify

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Shopify provides the platform that powers our store. Purchases from this store are made with The Eleventh Lab as the seller; Shopify is not the seller of our products. This does not remove any rights you may have under applicable law.

Liability and your consumer rights

We are responsible for losses you suffer where the law makes us responsible. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We do not exclude the statutory standards that apply to our goods.

UK consumers retain the mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings available where they live. These terms do not require you to give up those rights or bring a claim only in Spain.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for future purchases. An update does not retrospectively change your existing order or reduce rights you already have. For assistance or a complaint, contact info@theeleventhlab.com with your order number if available.
